Vintage Art Deco candleholder

Such an impressive candle holder. Tiffin Franciscan vintage glass Art Deco double light candleholder/candelabra possibly from 1930s. Intricate pattern top and delicate etching of roses called Cerise on the underside of the base. A rare top circular design gives dancing effect of the light when the candles are lighted. It is in excellent condition. Reasonable offers welcome.
