Vintage Art Deco Super Moistener for Envelopes Stamps or Packaging Tape

Great Art Deco desk decor! If you don’t lick a lot of envelopes, it makes a great paperweight, clip storage or conversation piece! The cast base looks texture painted but is worn off in spots like where the lid fits on or where there are water or glue deposits (like the white scale shown in pics) the brush is so unworn that it must have been a vintage replacement shortly before use was discontinued. 4 3/4” long by 2 1/4” wide by 2” tall Manufactured in Shelton, Conn.
