Vintage Arcadia Ceramic Salt & pepper shakers, Blue bonnet bird & nest eggs made in the USA Arcadia Ceramics was located in Arcadia, California and made novelty salt and pepper shakers from the early 1950s to sometime in the late 60s. There are certainly other small shakers, but this is the only manufacturer I know of that exclusively manufactured miniature salt and pepper shakers.
