Vintage Antique handheld Mirror

Measures approx : 9” x 5” x 1/2” Rich details It’s about 1.200 lb (see photo In The scale) I’m not sure about the material I would say it’s silver plated maybe No brand stamp or anything There is some blackish spots in the item , I don’t know how to clean it , I pointed out some of them in photos (see refer to the last photos ) Was used by my mother-in-low , she doesn’t want it anymore .
