Beautiful flowy 100% silk vintage culottes from Anne Klein—you think it's a skirt, but then ... ! Subtle irregular/painted stripes in brown and black melange. Zips up the back and fastens with sturdy metal claps. Measures 13" flat across the waist, with 14" rise. Hits at the natural waist—I'm 5'8", might not work for anyone taller but would work for anyone this height and shorter.
