Awesome vintage Anne Klein pillowcase sham featuring her signature lion head. Her 'signature' is also woven in the fabric at the bottom right of the lion head. Made of cotton, ruffled edge is serged and it has an envelope style opening at the back. Measures 25" long x 19" wide NOT INCLUDING THE RUFFLE. Ruffle is 4" wide. **there is a repair that is only noticeable from the back as seen in the last photo **
