Vintage Ann Taylor slip dress. Never been worn!

Such a pretty dress! I wish it had been a little bit better cared for. Never worn, still has tag. Two-part slip dress. The inside slip has small side seam snaps. The lined outer dress, I believe is voile chiffon, with the sweetest trim at the bottom. Beautiful and delicate embroidery on the bodice. Unfortunately, there are a couple of rust stains on the back, and a patch of rust with a hole on the lower back. Someone can fix this though! Can you?
