Excellent condition, no stains, rips or fading. A gown or robe this could be used as, many different ways to wear, fabric feels like a soft suede, brown/ orange Fall color, terracotta I'd say, long length, fully button, belted, long-sleeve, unlined, pleated, high neck or collared.
