TRUE Vintage 100 cotton light blue denim vest chibi maruko chan anime design. Very nice details. It is nicely faded and soft. The antiqued Silvertone buttons say BAIT and have a dog logo. In the neck it says "TAG since 1896" It measures 34" across the chest and is 17" long (cropped) so it is best for a size SMALL or XS . I believe it to be cropped. Please compare the measurements with something you have that fits.
