Vintage American bisque divided Bell 🔔 holly, Christmas decor

This piece is from approximately 1950s. It has a chip on the lower right hand corner as shown. Vintage charm all around with this cutie. Non smoking home. there are also some little air bubble type pieces in the finish that makes a slight bump. I think original to piece but wanted to mention......A2
