Vintage 1990s Handmade from Equador Soft and Warm Alpaca Wool Fringed Poncho Cape Sweater. Shades of Blue. size S/M length from collar to hem 24" collar circumference 20" across chest 20" the shoulders are slightly stretched from being on a hanger for years and may need reshaped. I see one small fabric pull. Otherwise clean and in great condition.
