Vintage Alleri comfy shirt dress 70s does the 20s

Vintage Alleri button up shirt dress in a fabric that feels like rayon. I thought it was from the 1920s because of the snap at the neck and no waist definition, but I think this is a 1970s label. Either way, it's a luxuriously comfortable cool dress to lounge in or add a belt for more shape. Also 44 on label. I believe the fabric is rayon. Missing sleeve buttons on right side, small bleach spot on front lower skirt. Measures flat: 42 inches long 18" bust - 36 doubled 18" waist - 36 doubled
