Ali & Kris Sheer Floral Blouse Does not have a second layer (it is sheer). Tag for size and fabric content is faded and illegible. I wear a size 4-6 and small-medium and it fits perfectly on me. Since I can not guarantee the size the price is low. Pearl buttons (faux).
