The cutest little dress! The hem has multiple layers that allows the dress to keep its flamboyant shape. There is a rose on the right hand side where the tutu starts. The bodice has pads and wiring that keeps its shape. The straps are adjustable, so they won’t be falling off! It’s hard not to feel like a Y2K ballet queen in this dress. I didn’t notice any sequins or beading missing, there is one bead that is coming loose and can easily be fixed. A quality vintage dress in excellent pre-owned condition, no stains, tears, or smells.
