Vintage Albert Nipon Velvet Dress with Sweetheart Neckline and faux wrap front with scalloped hem in front. From my personal collection, maybe worn twice or three times. Lined. Beautiful Buttons at cuffs, but needs a little securing. Velvet fabric is flattened on the bottom in the back probably from sitting. I don’t know if dry cleaning will fluff it out, but I can’t do it because I’m allergic to dry cleaning chemicals. So, I’m selling this at a deep, deep discount. Making this dress more of a mini would take care of that too. It’s a beautiful dress. Approximate Measurements lying flat: bust 17”-17 1/2”; waist 13 1/2”; Hips 17 1/2”.
