Vintage Afghan Kuchi Ring

Vintage Afghan Kuchi Ring. Size 8 Approximately 1 1/4" wide x 1 1/4" long These rings were made by the nomadic Kuchi people in Afghanistan. The material is "gillet" metal, which is about three-fourths brass, mixed with copper, silver, iron, or all three. The surface is buffed with a thick silver plating that is very durable. This Afghan tribal bird ring serves as a reminder of the beauty of nature. The ring uses teardrop shaped Coral.
