Vintage ActIII floral semi sheer blouse

19" p2p 23 3/4" long ILGWU Made in USA tag and a ACT III tag, no size tag. My best guess is a size small or Medium. Butter yellow with with faint pastel flowers of pink, gold, and green. rouching details at shoulder give it a very Feminine look. Cute collar and a rouched sleeve with button cuff. Love this! Better buy it before I change my mind and keep her! lol
