Vintage Act III Velvet Blouse **There is no size tag, seems closest to a modern day Small. See measurements below for best fit. Measurements while lying flat: armpit to armpit 18" sleeve length from armpit 22" length from shoulder 22" Great condition, no flaws. Waist, hemline & neckline are ribbed knit. **Tag states to dry clean, but I have washed it in cold water & dried on low heat with no issues.
