Skirt lined with solid green slip, which is not really noticeable when wearing the skirt. Front pocket details are not functional pockets. Flower is a PIN that is removable, as seen in pics. Would be SUPER cute styled on a top or as a hair piece or something to match the skirt. Can be attached anywhere else on the skirt as well, of course! Super cute piece that is in excellent condition.
