Vintage from the 1960s This awesome ABACA tray is part of the Grainware line. Grainware was essentially woven bamboo set in lucite. The shape on this one is especially lovely! The divided tray is quite large. At its longest, it is almost 17 inches long. Its widest section is about 10 inches wide. I’m The tray has three sections and is in very good vintage condition. The boomerang / amoeba shape is what really sets this dish apart. Grainware came in all kinds of shapes and sizes, but those iconic mid century design was the most wanted! The durability of these pieces (they aren't particularly strong, but they are water resistant) makes them the excellent choice for your patio! What a great tray to set out for your next luau! The Grainware pieces bridged the gap between the mid century vibe of the 60s and the more mod vibe of the 70s. But with this shape...it is definitely mid century!
