Vintage A Line smocked tunic top or mini dress

Adorable lightweight denim tunic or petite mini dress. Looks great with leggings or tights. Charming smocking detail has some flaws but is still holding up. Could be tacked back down or left as is. Laying flat 18” from pit to pit and 29” from top to bottom. Super comfortable, great for layering
