Vintage 90s/Y2k PAUL HARRIS DESIGN Maxi skirt

Vintage 90s/Y2K fun floral pattern maxi skirt by Paul Harris Design; black, white, hot pink, orange, yellow, green print. Waist is elasticized at back and 1 hidden button closure at front that then wraps to left side and buttons down, 6 holes but missing bottom button (see pic). Side slit. Size is L but fit is more medium, I'd estimate an 8. EUC aside from missing button.
