Vintage 90s/Y2K Floral Strappy Dress

Rare Find!! Willing to negotiate. This beautiful dress is 90s/Y2K City Triangles and the Material is polyester. It is Size Small US women's. The dress is Black and White with Little sparkle detailing on the edge of some flowers. It also has a slit on left side. Excellent condition! This dress is knee length. It is also spaghetti strapped. Asking for $45 but will go no lower than $25 since it is Vintage. Worn once and has been inside of a dress bag since then in closet.
