Vintage 90's velvet bodycon dress

This dress is so gorgeous! Thick black velvet bodycon/wiggle dress, strapless, sweetheart neckline, faux wrap. Right side of dress has gorgeous blue glitter detailing. The bodice has boning in it to keep it's shape. Fully lined. The slit in the back of the dress needs a couple of stitches, & there's some minor fraying at the top seam of one side. Waist is 28 inches, bust is 35 inches. There's some minor stretch in the dress.
