Vintage 90’s summer dress

Blue/green/white floral pattern dress from around 1998-1999 era. Worn just one time. Tag says it’s a 7/8, but it’s a true 5/6 and sits just above the knee for a 5’4” woman. This dress has been in a protective dress bag all these years. Was washed a couple times to keep from getting musty. No fading or yellowing of fabric. Still looks very new.
