Vintage 90s stripe polo dress

Sporty striped polo dress by Teddi Vintage late 90s to early Y2K piece Red and blue striped print with white collar and trim Buttons at neckline. Fitted in the bust and a little more loose from the waist down. Soft and stretchy pique knit. The tags are too faded to read but it feels like a 100% cotton knit.
