Vintage 90s strappy mini dress in deep burgundy

Deep wine color - so impressive in person. There's more purple in this dress than the pictures can capture, it's closer to burgundy than maroon. Short hem and a 27" waist at the smallest point. A bit of stretch thanks to spandex. Material feels very soft, almost velvety.
