Vintage 90s slip velvet dress

These are so in style right now, and I was stoked to find this one. It doesn't fit in the bust for me though – would be better for a C or D cup size and someone without wide hips. It's *gorgeous* and in excellent condition. The roses add an excellent visual, but they are subtle enough that from the distance, it's just a beautiful red dress. Hits right around knee length!
