Elastic waist: ~26” unstretched, length: 28” at longest layer, brand: Ice petites. Super cute skirt with comfortable, classic slip skirt fit. Good condition, I only noticed one thread pulled slightly on back side (see pics), but not very noticeable because of the print.

@eko317 hey sorry for delay, been a busy time — 100% silk except lining is polyester. I’ve uploaded a pic of label and some string pulls that I found that may not have been evident in earlier photos.
