Vintage 90's sexy black western dress, sz 13/14

From the clothes I'm selling from my sister, this incredible sexy black dress. It has a western-style sweetheart bodice with intricate fringed trim. There is a halter-style neck band and a shear fabric over the chest. The sleeves are shear. The back is open, and buttons at the neck and below the sheer panel is a zipper. The back also has the lace fringe on the back of the bodice. Chest 18 Waist 15 Length 38
