Vintage 90’s rhinestone studded cocktail dress

Strapless cocktail, party, prom dress with rhinestone embellishments and giant bow (could easily be removed). Bodice is fitted with smocked elastic back for stretch. Hits just above knees. Measurements are shown best as I could stretched. Vintage size marked “12”, but really fits a 4/6. Shown on a size 6 mannequin for reference. This dress is adorable and stunning!
