Vintage 90’s relaxed fit dress pants

From Spiegel’s Together! line…vintage 90’s NWT! Flowy full-length black dress slacks, with pockets, gold rose embellishments, drawstring elastic waist. I’m guessing the original price was $39 or so, and I believe they were considered wide leg. Sheer overlay material is nonstretch (georgette?), with a thin, nonstretch cotton lining. Classic elegance for summer! Always stored on a hanger, from non-smoking home.
