14.5 waist, 13 rise , 15 long waist to hem, approximately measured leave room either way.listing as size 28. New never actually worn, still has a plastic tag on the outside. Blue slight acid was, various old school looking patches.hem is raw. Inner brand is not inside but on the button nor is the size use APPROX measurements above. Some stretch, feels like spamdex cotton.
