Vintage 90s navy flower print silky flowy dress

Two sheer layers. Top layer with little pleats and tiny beige flowers. V back, stretchy. I love this dress but it’s an awkward length on me (5’2”). I would say it was midi for someone 5’8”+ or floor length for someone 5’ or under. 51” long 20” ptp Rayon and polyester
