Vintage 90's leotard skirt set

Vintage 90's leotard skirt set layered lace skirt silky leotard with stretch side panels size 101 - i have no idea what that means - best fit for size XS for the skirt - leotard will fit upto a size small due to stretch panels and stretch elastic at thighs skirt does have holes in the lining - honestly wasn't planning on including the skirt - still wearable as its the lining/can be completely removed if desired.
