Vintage 90's leopard print velvet skirt

Brand is First Issue, a Liz Claiborne company. This skirt is super versatile! While this skirt can be easily dressy with a satin cami and a blazer or moto jacket for a night out, it could be dressed down with a large band tee and doc martens for a grunge look. For some inspiration, I wore this one Halloween as part of a Enid Coleslaw from Ghost World costume. The size says small but the elastic waist band has been stretched out over time so best fits a large in my opinion.
