Vintage 90s Kathy Che ivory lace & beaded collar blouse. Such a fun piece. The lace & pearl beading has a Victorian vibe- the 3 oblong beads at the center dangle. Has some sheerness. Marked a 14 and seems good for a modern 12 or 14- see measurements for a good fit.
