Vintage 90s holiday handmade woven quilt style vest. Fabric strips are woven to create a cute texture & the inside is lined with a Christmas / winter holiday fabric and could be reversed. There is a small amount of color bleed on one shoulder- seen in pics. I’d say this is best for a large. Measures (flat, unstretched, approximate): armpit to armpit: 21in, waist: 20in, hip: 21in, shoulder to hem: 23.5in
