Vintage 90s handmade black sequins scalloped belt

Lovely handmade sequins and beading stretchy belt, most likely from the 90s. Front panel scalloped shape, back sections stretchy, with metal hook at the end. In good condition, no missing beading or sequins. Measures approx. 26" in length, not counting the hook. Can stretch to about 29" in length. Fits sizes S and possibly M, depending on fit.
