Vintage 90s floral party dress

Vintage made in the USA 90s dress. The black fabric on bodice and shoulders is poly/cotton blend with some stretch and floral portions are 100% cotton. Shoulders are padded and connected to floral top wrap at top of armholes. Floral wrap top has some gathering and slight curve in at center of front to form bow shap. Back wrap is flat. Size 5. Please refer to measurements provided as vintage sizing differs from current sizing, to ensure an accurate fit. All measurements are approximate and taken laid flat: 15” from armpit to armpit 17” across top of shoulder pads 12” across waist 33” from top of shoulder to hem Bodice fabric does have some minor piling as poly/cotton fabric is prone to do. Not very visible because fabric is black. See final photo for details.
