This skirt is the cutest! I’m guessing 90’s era based on fabric, style and construction. The gores create a pretty flared effect that is so flattering. The vertical stripes are slimming and the soft colors are feminine and romantic. The skirt is fully lined and the metal zipper is strongly intact.
