Vintage 90s Portraits by Northern Isles creamy white button front blouse. Sweet delicate floral embroidery at cuffs & collar, hidden buttons. Gathering at the shoulders and back add some nice volume. A very small spot on the front placket- seen in pics. Marked a 12 and seems to be in line with modern sizing- dress form is a 6/8 for reference.
