Vintage 90’s black velvet long sleeve dress with grey / white chest stripe

True 90s! I think I bought this at Deb in the mall in like 1997. There’s a minor repair on the sleeve. If I were keeping this, I’d do it, but I need the space & money. It fits me, I’m a size 4 but it would work on a 6 too. Let me know if you have any questions. Would be great w fishnets & docs.
