Vintage 90's Y2K size 8 floral midi dress by Expressions! V-neckline with ruffles across the front. Short sleeves with small ruffles. Pretty floral pattern in tan khaki, hot pink, and orange on a dark black background. Lightweight fabric with a built-in slip. So pretty!! Perfect condition. Has been washed and hung to dry.
