A beautiful floral skirt to add to your wardrobe. It is not stretchy at the waist, so be mindful. It did not fit the mannequin, it was too small. The tag says a size 8, but I really think in my opinion it runs really small so please look at the measurements and that's why I have it listed as a small in the sizing.
