Beautiful vintage 90s Y2K formal maxi evening dress by May Queen Couture. Blue silvery grey. Ruched bodice for a figure hugging flattering fit. Strappy. Racerback. Side slit. Padded cups. Back zipper. Polyester. Made in the USA. I think there may have been some extra fabric added to give some more weight to the skirt and prevent any see thru. It matches the dress perfectly but is a different material. You could remove this if it bothers you, but it does give some nice weight to dress. Tagged a size 4, best fits a modern XS. No stretch.
