This is really hard to measure, due to it being so stretchy. It is shown on a size 2 mannequin, and it fit really well. I would say the size range for this is probably about a size 0 to 4. I would not try to go larger than a size 4. Measurements when laid flat and unstretched are: 14 inches across the bust, 11 inches across the waist, 16 inches across the hip, 54 inches long
