Vintage 90s Y2K Crushed Velvet Maxi Dress Maroon Fit & Flare Balletcore M - L

Graceful fit and flare maxi dress vintage late 90s/Y2K, but really timeless. Scoop neck, long sleeves, princess seam shaping and flared skirt. Back ties for perfect fit. No labels at all, but this feels like poly crushed velvet with a bit of spandex. Please see below for measurements and estimated size. Size: Medium to large, depending on fit desires: Bust 36-38", hips 54", length from shoulder 53" Condition: Fresh, great vintage condition, no issues save for absence of any labels. Care: I turned inside out and machine laundered on cold, then line dried - came out great and needed no further care.
