Vintage 90's XS/S purple and white wildflower floral short flutter sleeve maxi dress! By Byer Too!. V-neckline. Has a cute tie front at the bust and a small keyhole. Slim and fitted with a flowy skirt half. It's sooo pretty!! Zipper in back. Soft rayon. Thin, small shoulder pads but they actual look good in this one. Just pulled from my closet since I never got around to wearing it.
