miss_sharla @beccabgood Hi there! This measures 21” across the chest. The shoulder doesn’t have a top seam (it drops to the puff). The inner/front shoulder seam measures 16” across. When you lay the coat flat it measures about 21” across the puffs on the sleeves. Let me know if you have any other questions 🖤
